We believe strong safety culture is built through visible leadership, active worker participation, and the consistent use of proven controls such as hazard identification, fit-for-task planning, competency verification, and stop-work authority. Through ongoing training, continuous improvement, and open communication, Bandit continuously strengthens our systems and behaviors to prevent incidents, protect the environment, and ensure everyone goes home safe.

Bandit’s safety program is supported by a hands-on safety team that stays closely connected to the field. Our two field-dedicated Safety Advisors are always onsite to support inspections, tailgate meetings, hazard identification, and real-time coaching, backed by a Safety Administrator and a Safety Manager who provide compliance support, oversight, and continuous improvement leadership. Each member of our safety team brings over 30 years of oil and gas industry experience, helping turn lessons learned into practical, crew-focused support.
