Jennifer Flesher


Jennifer Flesher is the Vice President of Major Projects with Bandit Energy Services. 

 

Jennifer’s career in the oil and gas industry began in 2004 when she joined Husky Energy. Her first assignments included Field Operator in Provost, AB and Facilities Engineer in Calgary, AB before relocating with Husky to Rainbow Lake, AB. Over the next 10 years, Jennifer held several progressive positions in Rainbow Lake including Plant Engineering Lead, Production Engineering Lead, and Engineering Manager. In 2016, Jennifer transferred to Lloydminster and became Senior Manager of Project Engineering & Construction with Husky, before joining Bandit Energy Services in February 2020 as Vice President, Major Projects. 

 

Jennifer is a results-oriented professional with comprehensive industry knowledge in design, construction, operations, emergency response, and risk analysis. Her track record of successful project management, cross-functional collaboration and positive leadership has helped Jennifer to bring new opportunities to the Bandit Energy Services Major Projects division. 


Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science, Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Alberta and is a Registered Professional Engineer in both Alberta and Saskatchewan. Jennifer has completed Incident Command 300 training and has held various roles in Emergency Response activities including Incident Commander.
