Donna Hnatow

Donna Hnatow is the Vice President of Finance Control of Bandit Energy Services.

Donna brings 30 years of experience in the office managerial & accounting fields, focused mainly in Oil and Gas. 

Before joining Bandit Energy Services, while still raising her farming family, started her own Bookkeeping firm and built up a substantial clientele of 20 companies and employed 4 people. 

Providing honest and quality services to her clients and managing employees in a respectful manner was her priority. She feels the balance to do this while still maintaining financial sustainability was key in her achievement in building this firm. Donna successfully ran this firm for 10 years before deciding to move on to new challenges. 

Donna joined Bandit Energy Services in 2006 and during her time here she has worked in several departments including payroll & bookkeeping; Quality Control Asst./Manager; Office Management and Project Controls. 

The experience in these divisions has lent her a good overall view of the Company and the connectivity each division has in the success of Bandit Energy Services. 

Donna completed her Accounting Minor at Grant McEwen College. She has completed courses in CSA Z662 Pipeline Integrity Management and ABSA Pressure Piping Fab Requirements.
